MVi Users Conference Special Event
Conference Event: Tuesday April 7, 2009 Banquet at Utah Olympic Park
(Included in conference registration)
Our event this year will be at the Utah Olympic Park where several Olympic events were held in 2002. We will have a tour of the museum then return to the Park City Marriott for a banquet dinner. Part of the museum is interactive; it also has replicas of all medals that were given out at the 2002 Winter Olympics. Come share the Olympic spirit with us as you network with other MVi customers, and enjoy a relaxing evening in a beautiful mountain setting!
- Shuttle buses will provide transportation to event
- Tour the Alf Engen Ski Museum and the Joe Quinney Winter Sports Center Park
- Enjoy a wonderful dinner to complete your evening

MVi Users Conference Policies
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing and mailed, faxed to Lindsey Welker or e-mailed to lindseyw@mviusa.com. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. A service charge will apply. For all cancellations postmarked or fax/e-mail dated on or before March 15, 2009, registration fees will be refunded less a $50 service charge. After March 15, 2009 registration fees will not be refunded. No refunds will be given for no-shows. It will take a minimum of six weeks to receive a refund.
Substitutions
Registration may be transferred to another person in your organization by written request to Lindsey Welker lindseyw@mviusa.com prior to March 30th. After this date, all changes must be made on-site.
