MVi's New E-View Solution Allows Greater Convenience for Accoung Holders with Secure, Online Access to Their Financial Records

SALT LAKE CITY — May 7, 2009 — Millennial Vision Inc. (MVi), a national reseller of Laserfiche document management solutions to financial institutions, will release its newest web-based document management tool, E-View, next month (June 2009). MVi’s E-View solution provides bank and credit union account holders with complete and immediate secure access to copies of their stored financial records over the Internet.

E-View works by providing account holders with the ability to retrieve specified document types such as statements, deposit records, receipts, loan documents, and much more – whether from their office, home, or on the road through a safe, secure web interface.

“E-View has allowed us to provide better service to our members, which is really our main goal,” says Anthony Rizk, VP of Information Systems for Spirit of Alaska – one of MVi’s E-View beta clients. “Our members appreciate the ability to view their check images directly online at their own convenience. It makes it so much easier for them to review their check deposits over the Internet without having to drive to the branch office.”

With E-View’s flexibility, financial institutions will be able to specify which records to make available to members and which ones to restrict, creating a safe and secure environment for 24/7 access to their account information.

“Another main benefit that we realized after implementing E-View was an increase in our efficiency. The product has made it much easier for tellers and other departments, including our accounting department, to research check images and other member account documents quickly,” Rizk adds.
