Training Services

MVi provides on-site training for personnel who operate the Document Imaging and Report Capture Systems we implement. Proper training is key to ensuring that the client's staff members are capable of managing the tools that have been implemented.

On-Site Training:
This method has proven to be highly effective while implementing a new system. Before installation, MVi's implementation team coordinates a detailed training schedule with the customer. The goal is to uncover all personnel training needs and requirements. This schedule lets the customer know what is to be expected, and enables MVi to do the best job possible.

Group Training
Economies of scale can be achieved when multiple customers: 1) are in close proximity; 2) have similar training needs; and 3) are willing to coordinate the sharing of costs. This method can be very successful because students gather at one site for training, and can gain various perspectives from each other on how to utilize the products. Ultimately, the students pool their resources as they draw ideas from each other. Even in this environment, MVi is still able to determine and address the individual training needs of each participating student.

Classroom Training
MVi provides classroom training and certification for the products it supports. Report Capture System and Document Imaging classes are made available by appointment. Classes can be designed to address the specific needs of the participating students. The classroom training environment works well to meet the needs of beginner, intermediate, and advanced students alike.

Individual Training
This method provides a on-on-one training experience that is specifically structured to meet the needs of a particular student. This environment allows for the maximum amount of personalized attention. Required in-class time can be reduced, because questions and answers revolve around one individual. This type of training is more expensive than the group or classroom environments, yet it can be quite cost-effective because the results are so desirable.
