Digitally Capture and Sign Documents

MVi gives you the power to capture signatures on Membership Cards, Loan Documents and most other Windows or Unix PCL printable document electronically!

Our Document Capture System provides you with an easy to use program that enables you to print your documents to an electronic file and digitally add signatures and other required annotations then store them in a secure data repository thus saving paper and more importantly time, space and money.

How the Document Capture System Works

When a document is generated from a Windows-based program, the user simply selects the MVi DCS print driver which captures the print stream and creates an image which is stored in the document capture system.

The operator then moves the mouse to the area on the document where a signature is required and simply clicks the mouse to place a signature box where the customer can then sign at the required places on the documents. 

Once this is accomplished, the user has the option to continue on through the document or save the captured signature and document directly into the imaging repository, and then if requested, print or email a copy of the document for the customer. 

Upon completion of the transaction, the document is automatically archived in a secure repository along with the customer’s embedded electronic signature and then stored for historical purposes.

Flexibility

The document capture system is compatible with most core data processing systems and third party Windows-based programs and can be deployed across most LAN and WAN environments.
